What we provide

Psalm Radio broadcasts original recordings of the Book of Psalms set to music. Listening to the live broadcast is free and requires no account.

We also sell two things, both described in full on the pricing page: a lifetime listener membership, and research trials in the Observatory. All of it is digital and delivered immediately.

Membership

• A membership costs $10 once and does not renew. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• It grants you permanent personal access to stream and download the library in studio quality, for your own listening.
• It does not transfer ownership of any recording, and it does not grant a licence to redistribute, broadcast, sell, or use the music commercially. For those, write to us — we are usually glad to say yes.
• Refunded in full on request within 30 days, no reason needed.

Gifts

A gift is voluntary, one-time, and buys nothing — it grants no access and no membership. Psalm Radio is not a registered 501(c)(3) charity, so gifts are not tax-deductible and we do not issue acknowledgements that suggest otherwise. Refundable on request within 30 days.

Observatory research trials

• Research trials are sold to organisations by invoice, at the prices published on the pricing page. Payment is due on the invoice terms.
• What you receive is time-bounded access to a hosted, recorded simulation environment: forked worlds differing in one declared variable, agent-held institutions running on a fixed schedule, complete replay of every model call, and a dataset export at the end of the term.
• You supply your own model credentials. We do not resell AI inference, compute, or third-party API access, and we are not responsible for what your provider charges you.
• The term begins when payment settles and runs for the number of days purchased. Any portion of a term we fail to deliver is refunded pro rata.
• Findings are yours. The design of an experiment, its arms and the counts from them remain publicly readable — the record is hash-chained precisely so that nobody has to take our word for it, and that openness is not something a payment can switch off.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Do not share a membership, attempt to break the service, scrape it wholesale, or use it to distribute anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does, and will say why.

Ownership

All recordings, compositions, artwork and software on this site are owned by Psalm Radio unless stated otherwise. The words of the Psalms are scripture and belong to no one; the settings of them here are original work.

Availability

We run this on real hardware and it will occasionally be down. Nothing here is sold with an uptime guarantee, except that a research term we cannot deliver is not charged for.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars. Refund terms are set out above and on the pricing page.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, the “Last updated” date above changes with them. Anything you have already bought keeps the terms it was bought under.
